12.1. SQEMS DOCUMENTATION

12.1.1. Purpose

The purpose of this provision is to provide the guidelines for the establishment of records for the effective operation of SQEMS, which shall be controlled. The purpose is also to establish a documented procedure to define the control needed for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention, and disposition of records.

12.1.2. Scope

This provision shall be applied to all documents relating to the safety, quality, and environmental system and its operation.

12.1.3. Responsibilities and Authority

The Top Management has the overall responsibility and authority for the establishment, revision, and abolition of the system documentation. The Top Management shall then give final approval to the documentation.

12.1.4. Structure of SQEMS Documentation
